battery question

I've seen the 22NF in lots of old tractors. Bolens, AC Ect. You can get a group 51R and have the terminals reversed depending on application and where you want the cables to go.

I'd like to see pictures of the automotive battery installed. From 1960 to the end in 2007 I've never seen one. I can't say for sure in the D series though. :)

Here is my 1975 C-160 with a top post automotive style battery. The battery and battery tray are bigger than the lawn and garden style:

My two D-160s and my D-200 all have top post automotive style batteries and the battery trays are larger for those batteries.

Here is the 1978 D-200 battery.

Here is one of the D-160s. They could all get by with the smaller lawn and garden style batteries. Out of respect for the brand, I like keeping the original look and cables.
