Trying to date a K90

Ive been looking through a lot of stuff trying to date a K90 t, serial 336163 , spec 27107 d .

any help would be appreciated, many thanks

Not sure we can date those older K90s. I tried one a while back and gave up.

Don't know if they were the original engines

Serial 368704 on a RJ-35

Serial 382387 on a RJ-58

Can't date it, but that is the correct spec# used on the later RJ-35's and early RJ-58's.

 

My RJ-58 serial 3796 has a K90 spec 27107D with serial 364044.

The're high maintenance and want you to spend money on them. Also they generally don't like hockey! :(

That sounds about right, the engine is fitted in my RJ-35 which we think is a 1957 so would seem it's the original engine

Just email Kohler and ask. I did a few years ago about a K-91 I picked up. They responded a few days later and told me the original application and manufacturer it was sent to.

I've just emailed the details to Kohler, be interesting to see if i get a response
