Do you mean the pin that holds the steering wheel on? A new one should just tap in.

:WRS:  Were you wanting to know how to remove it to insert a new roll pin? A roll pin punch is the preferred method, use several applications of PB Blaster prior to driving it out if it is badly rusted.

This manual should be helpful.
