Sounds great, but think how good it would sound pointed upward with a stack on it.

Thanks Mike.  Your link didn't work for me but this did:

https://www.napaonline.com/napa/en/p/SME703679/SME703679

"Deleted picture"

Edit:  When I first posted this I saw the muffler.  When I returned I think I saw a water pump so I think the link might be dynamic.  I changed it again but if this picture is not of a muffler would someone give me a shout please?

While I was editing this I saw the muffler.  Now that I've clicked "Save" I see a water pump again.  OK, I've deleted the pic, I'm finishing my glass of wine and going to bed...  Weird!

There are many manufacturers of this muffler. I have seen high quality and I have seen junk. The higher priced ones "usually " are heavier /made out of thicker metal. Some are nothing more than tin cans. Even the Primeline Brand (which Napa sells) isn't what it used to be.

Tips/info like this is what make these conversations worth the time.  Hard to tell from "online" how heavy a muffler is!

I've always been a fan of NAPA so it's somewhat disappointing to hear that a brand they carry isn't what it used to be.  Guess that is more and more common...  Heck!  I'm not what I used to be...

Thanks Mike for the insights!

Dennis I did not need any extra support for this muffler it is about 5 lbs in weight. It did not feel very heavy while carrying it. So this should give you an idea of the weight.
