Vinylguy 4,692 #1 Posted November 19, 2016 Left hand ignition switch placement on most 520's seems to be on the right side of the dash but I have had a couple requests from customers who have theirs on the left side? Wondering what years or what difference their is in a tractor with left vs. right?
cleat 7,263 #2 Posted November 19, 2016 My 1988 520-HC came on the left side. I replaced the dash and moved it to the right side as I prefer it there. Cleat

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,512 #4 Posted November 20, 2016 From the 520-x parts lists 1988 and 1989 decal number 113911 - Ignition switch on the left 1990-1995 decal number 119230 - Ignition switch on the right 1996-1997 decal number 119230 for North American models - Ignition switch on the right 1996-1997 decal number 93-9396 for export models - Ignition switch on the ? The 113911 was replaced by 119230. Wonder how that worked for them? Garry
cleat 7,263 #5 Posted November 20, 2016 Funny thing is that only my HC had it on the left. My 1989 H had it on the right. I guess the best thing is to just verify where yours is before ordering a decal. The wiring will reach either side if you ever want to change it out.

Vinylguy 4,692 #7 Posted November 20, 2016 I think I will just include left and right on all pre TORO 520 kits.
