C-125 belt replacement

My belt squeals a bit under load so I'm considering replacing the belt.  I replaced the spring and it helped a bit.  My question is....can the belt be replaced without taking off the body panels?

This is a 1979 service manual but the info applies to most models. Follow the C-Series 

Much of the info is not printed anywhere else.
