gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,500 #2 Posted November 9, 2016 Remember seeing that somewhere and took me a while to find it. Not knowing your model number I used this illustrated parts list where the 1/16" dimension is listed. https://www.partstree.com/parts/toro/mowers-lawn-garden-tractor/31-16k804-416-8-toro-416-8-garden-tractor-1988/drive-belt-and-pulleys/ Always wondered how the pulley could stay there with the pressure of the applied pto clutch. On the late models with the Command engines they did not stay and added a spacer so the pto would not lose it's applied force. If you post the model number of the tractor could look for the correct illustrations to see if it is shown. In the later years there was service info in these parts pages as there was never any tractor service manuals. Garry
