Bad Day

Upper Canada

Nice weather outside today so I thought I would go out and get some seat time. Figured I would give the lawn one last mow for the season with the 315-8 with the power flow bagger. Started in the front lawn and things are going fine  then I noticed a smell.  Apparently I had missed picking up one of the dog's land mines. Then all of a sudden the heat shield from the muffler falls off and I run it over with the mower deck and it gets sucked up into the power flow bagger. Oh boy now I get to dig the shield out of the impeller of the bagger system right after i sucked up the dog pile.  So a bit of cursing and swearing :bitch: I dislodged it and here is what it looks like now.  Is this considered art?

That is a Bummer. How does the impeller look? Best of luck with your repairs. I guess that could be considered Modern Art.

Boy...l think you got off easy if that's all the carnage   . I just picture broken spindles , twisted blades , shoots with holes , etc. Not to say you you didn't have a bad day , but it for sure could have been a lot worse . My condolences to you .

The dog is responsible for the entire incident. He loosened the heat shield and then  planted the dog poo as a distraction.

A word of warning..... Don't leave your car keys out in the open.....

I agree with Jeff. That could have been a disaster, glad you only suffered minimal damage!   :)

Boy, are you cutting edge.

You are also one very lucky and fortunate Wheel Horse operator.

That sure looks like a wall hanger to me... now. Glad there were no injuries or serious damage other than your art. :)

I suppose if your dog was watching his contribution to your "art" he might be waiting for a treat.

If anything I could see the dog sabotaging the C-120. For some reason when I use it he feels the need to try and herd it. He is a collie cross. He doesn't bother with the other three running Wheel Horses.

In my neighborhood is an artist named Jeff Koons (look him up), he sold a sculpture of a balloon dog, got 54 million.  Your art is way more original and you should ask twice that price.

Imagine all the Wheel Horses and Wheel Horse accessories I could buy with that kind of dough.   And I could buy the wife something nice too.

Bidding starts at $500......I need another :wh:.  :ROTF:
