clueless 3,258 #1 Posted October 23, 2016 Picked up a 1977 B80 a few months ago, some assembly required, no carb or fuel pump. Finally got around to working on it, new carb and pump, cleaned everything up put a battery in it turned the key BOOMSHAKALAKA, fired right up. I've seen pic of the throttle cable routed over the top of the engine, others of it coming from under the engine. From the top the cable wiggles a lot from the bottom it barely reaches the control disc, there is also a strap with a cable clamp about mid way up the cable have no idea where it bolts to. Any pic of the cable routing and how is hooked to the control disc would be appreciated. Chris

TDF5G 2,073 #3 Posted October 24, 2016 (edited) I just looked through the pics that I have on my PC here at work of my '77 B-100. These are the only ones that the throttle cable can be seen in. As far as I remember the cable runs under the engine mounting riser plate. Edited October 24, 2016 by TDF5G
