ce318 13 #4 Posted October 18, 2016 That is what I was shooting for. I was thinking tri ribs up front for snow blowing. Is there much difference between the tri rib and the chevron tires both performance and price? I mainly use my tractor for snow blowing and some lawn mowing. bmsgaffer 2,052 #5 Posted October 18, 2016 10.5's will work, but to use them without ballooning too much you will need to get wheels from a 1991 or later 520H, 1988-1989 520HC, or a 418C (there may be one I am missing), These all have 8.5" wide rims where as most other wheel horse's have 7.5" rims. Both of these a 23 x 10.50 x12 Deestones (small) Carlisle (bigger) If you do not have a paved driveway turfs and chains are better than ags. especially for snowblowing. ce318 13 #8 Posted October 19, 2016 Well with that I think I will stick with the turf tires with chains and front turfs with bicycle chains. I use my WH throughout the winter for snow redistribution. Thank you! Ahh yes, of course i totally forgot the XI's. Though you likely wont find a pair of those just laying around yet.
