DougC 2,641 #26 Posted October 8, 2016 Yeah, that's just what I mean Glenn. Everythings there including 60 inch impossible to find in Iowa mower deck and factory rear wheel weights. and low hours and with some soap and water and a few inexpensive items our vendors sell here on the forum it will look and run like brand new!!!! I'm so jealous...... YOU'RE DESPICABLE........
JERSEYHAWG / Glenn 4,487 #27 Posted October 8, 2016 Oh, this might be worth mentioning to on this 520, the owner says he is on his second fuel pump. But instead of springing for the big bucks onan pump, he opted for replacing it with a Briggs engine fuel pump. Does that make sense? He thinks, and isn't sure, that pump might be giving him trouble. Just making comment on what he told me. Glenn
Kurt-NEPA 755 #28 Posted October 8, 2016 Just install an electric pump and be done with it. JM2C Kurt

Wishin4a416 2,189 #30 Posted October 9, 2016 The one I got recently doesnt have the Onan pump either. It is more round like the Briggs pump but I dont see a name on it. Works well though.

The 520-8 is a wreck, to my standards. That will take plenty to bring it back. I prefer to buy another one and just maintain it and run a wax rag over it. I must be getting lazy. Glenn You know this, I would buy it, then a member would put up a super mint one for sale. The story of my life.
