416-8's New Seat

I finally replaced the worn and ripped seat on the 416.  I used my 10% discount from TSC to buy this:

I had to drill new holes in the seat bracket, but it's done and it's mounted.

Nice seat! I like the cutout in the lower back area. That looks like a good place to stash a cheese sandwich or piece of rhubarb pie for those times you're hungry but dont want to stop getting your seat time just to eat.

It seems to be pretty comfortable.  Only time will tell how well it will hold up.  One thing it needs, though, is some type of logo on the seat back.

I seem to be TSC's biggest customer lately.  First this seat, then new tires, and I just ordered this.

It hasn't come in yet, but I'm curious to see if it fits my new seat.  It would be nice to have the back pocket to put tools, etc., and it should protect the new seat as well.  I'll post pictures when it comes in and if it fits.

Have used quite a few TSC seats.

Most often in my local store. Grandsons love going to TSC!

Have the seat covers too. Pouchs come in handy.

 

Found a trashed Jazzy. Removed the seat and the totaled arm rests.

Comfy. Emblem on the seat back? Great idea! (Note the USMC logo on my belt guard. Once a Jarhead, always a Jarhead!)

 

Passed a yard sale, didn't stop. Saw some boat seats,  , maybe?

Seat cover has arrived.  It fits somewhat, though it appears a bit small.  But it will do.
