RMR 32 mower deck blade sharpening

Anyone that can help, I realize that the end tips are sharp and can be sharpened and they are still sold from Toro at 169 per set. But the mounting bar, does this get sharpened as well on the side that the sharp blade tips are on as well?

You only sharpen the 3 or so inches at the ends of the blade
