Elkskin's mower junkyard 1,117 #1 Posted September 18, 2016 today i put my spare magnum on my newly acquired work horse 700. runs good (although i got to put bowl gaskets in carb) but i seen blue smoke when i slowed it down. got to looking and seal on governor shaft is shot leaking oil. and it would spit a drop of oil or so at muffler reason i seen blue smoke. so how hard is it to change it. what is it just a oring?
