davedean 2 #1 Posted September 8, 2016 I just installed the starter on an Onan P220 G-I (WH 520 H). It is grinding like really bad. I'm positive I bought the right one, I did alot of research. I don't know if it's the flywheel or the starter, but I'm pretty sure the teeth are not meshing as they should. Is there an adjustment (shims)? How do I know who or what is the culprit here?
