Suburban 400 throttle control question

Hey guys I am trying to clean up the controls on my Suburban 400 for my restoration. 

Question is how do the knobs come off and will they go back on and stay afterward? Can I buy new replacement knobs?  If so where?

They should pull right off Kevin. Glen Pettit has replacements that are great. They should stay on by themselves but I used a bit of epoxy since there would be no reason to remove them again.
