What a score, you needed the cart to haul that pile of gold.

Great haul Ed.  I saw that one advertised, but couldn't make it because my sister was visiting from Florida, and I haven't seen her in 6 years.  Would have been in trouble with my wife and the whole family if I had gone to the auction.   Had that auction on my calendar until a few days ago.   Glad to kept the price of the three tractors high.   It helps the value of ours.

No burb parts Russell.   Most of the tins are for a Raider and a lot of the new engine parts are for a 17HP Kohler twin.   He had a Raider partially restored and several  parts tractors.

The three running tractors sold  were a C-175 twin w/ short chute ss blower, a 417 w/42" sd deck , and a C-120 with a transplanted 14 Kohler on a rocker plate w/ a 42" sd deck.

Both the 17s had receipts for complete engine overhauls in 2009.  They all sold for $450-$575.

I really didn't need or want any of the tractors Jim, but no other RS members were there, so I pushed the bidders pretty high.

I was going to buy the C-120 until I saw the 14 rocker engine.

Ed, I had that auction on my radar to, but unfortinatly  other things took priority and I didn't get to go. I'm glad you made a good hual and the tractors didn't go for scrap prices

Hey Eric,  I was expecting to see you there.    I could have used some help on the bidding.      But I didn't let em sell for scrap.
