1989 was the first 416 with an Onan twin cylinder which uses a different belt that the Kohler single cylinder models.

Tractor drive belt  107939 replaced by 93-9809 - (HB x 83.5" or 5/8" x 83-1/2")

This belt was later replaced by  79-2500 which is 1/2" shorter - HB x 83" or 5/8" x 83"

Believe the model 73421 is a two cylinder 16hp Onan, according to:http://www.mywheelhorse.com/graphics/file/wheel_horse_products_master_model_list.pdf  ?? which publication is correct?

What model number and serial number are you using to get a parts list? Possibly it is one shared with the 8-speed model and if so both belts should be in the parts list but often not identified as what model uses what belt.

516-H

Transmission drive belt 112801 replaced by 114895 - (HB x 82.95 or 5/8" x 82.95")

This is the place where I went to get the number for my belt ( 516H)   it is in fact 114895 as you stated.. in the process of trying to be helpful, I dicombobulated the length of the belt - it is 5/8  x  83 inches - not 82 as I stated - here is a link for that belt on e-bay...thanks Garry for steering me in the right direction  -  sometimes my right is actually my left  lol sorry about that Scotty

http://vod.ebay.com/vod/FetchOrderDetails?itemid=371002264271&transid=829021306024&qu=1&ul_noapp=true  it is cheaper than Jack's engines       It just occured to me that the length on the belt for the eaton 700 and 1100 might be different ??
