is there any way to tell if this is off of a wheel horse?

Yeah, they never used a B700 Clinton that I know of.

Not sure about a Pond walk behind though

Ok Thanks! then my other question is ,is there a way to tell what hp it is ? and could it be used on an RJ or is it to tiny

Thinks it's 2 hp but can you tell by looking closer at the label? Isn't that "HP" to the right of model#?

It will run an RJ but you may have to go in 1st gear up a seep hill

Ok Thanks Again!, I believe you are right from what I can find its a 1952 2HP . there is also a nice 3 part video on Youtube, where a guy takes you through a tear down.
