Anybody ever try these on their 3 4 or 5 series?  I'm sure they will look great but $39 a bulb.

Amazon has that part number at $21 so you're at about 1/2 your price. Might make sense for my C-125 Black Hood.

Be careful....You need to make sure your 300 series has a regulated charging system.  WH went cheap on some 3 series 310's an 308's especially and used an unregulated 3 amp charging system with an ac lighting circuit that produces varying voltage up to 30 or more volts i believe.  If your head lights will work with the engine shut off you are OK.  if they go out when the engine stops you may have a problem. The box in your pic indicates ac/dc but only 12 volts.

Thanks for the heads up. I have a 312. I'll check to see if lights stay on when engine is off.

your correct most of them had 3 amp diode more in the 310's I've seen them. @1978c81 his machine I believe has a real voltage regulator!

I have some on my D series as the headlights...but I also have a gm alternator on my tractor.  Haven't tried them out at night yet.
