Yes

The front one (2nd pic) is a 1960 400/550. Not sure on the other but it could be the same thing.

more pics would help narrow it down

If they have the correct hoods one easy way to tell is 1960 has throttle and choke levers, 1961 has push/pull knobs for the throttle and choke.

@SylvanLakeWH I seen those  . Try to get the price down. Both are missing the muffler and belt guards and the one is cut up , repowered , and looks as though the seat and spring are gone . If my memory serves me correctly, those were for sale before. Good luck   !

The back one has 1960 foot rests and the 1960 deck. Front one appears to have the original curved exhaust pipe.

Are you saying Jason the exhaust pipe on some were one piece bent like that instead of fittings?  What year(s) would that have been? Also whats with the belt guard on the front one?

Looks like a piece of plywood. Maybe put on to keep the legs of little ones safe
