Home made or wheel horse

Recommended Posts

AlwaysLookin80

I was told that these were home made parts and then I was told they are rare wheel horse special order parts. I don't know for sure and I was hoping for some help. If they were home made then the fabricator was perfect. The fenders are perfect and exact both sides. Weight basket is also perfect and even both sides.

They are fabbed nice and look cool, but I'd guess homemade.

The design is nothing like any other wh design and I can't imagine wh would make 2 piece welded fenders when they had the capability to easily stamp out a set.

Too much work involved.

:text-coolphotos:     Could be repurposed fenders from another make of Garden tractor, look factory made. If you want a conversation starter for your Suburban I would say that will do the trick; lots of folks will come up and tell you what they aren't. :text-protest:

Probably on backwards just on accident for a mockup

Exactly right. I just threw the front and rear wheels on to mock it up, it will be back down to bare frame for complete paint work. Just wanted to get a quick look at it without the fenders and mower deck.

The rims are two different colors, I'll have to paint them anyway

Those fenders make it look like a row crop tractor.

if you don't mind me asking what "creme" is the front rim in? Also what kind of front tire is that?

I don't know the color, I bought the rims painted. I believe the tires are Carlisle's
