workingbadger 0 #1 Posted June 5, 2016 (edited) I have a 1995 Wheel horse, 12-38XL, with a Kohler engine. The gas runs out of the tank, into the oil pan. I put a shut-off valve in the gas line for a temporary fix. Is it a float problem? Does it just need a needle valve ring gasket (plus gaskets where it is taken apart)? Is it easier to rebuild the carburetor, or put a new carb on? Is there just one model carburetor on these, or several possibilities? where could I get a re-build kit? best place to buy a carb? Thanks, I appreciate any input. I want to to fix this before I do serious damage running it. Oops, that is a 1995 Wheel Horse, not 1005. Did I mention it has a Kohler engine?
