Jparkes43 329 #1 Posted May 25, 2016 Hello. so i know this may sound a little small and simple question but i want to make sure i get this right. on my gearbox in my lawn ranger it has the 3 speed uni drive. I took the brake assembly off to paint the box etc etc during a restoration. i then noticed the brake drum has one side where there is a more deep dish look to it than the other but i have since forgotten which side it went. so can anyone help me to tell if either the shallow dish or deep dish side faces outwards. or does it not make any difference?? the dirt etc that was on it in a previous photo makes it harder to tell.
