MWR 321 #1 Posted May 24, 2016 I think this will be less work than loading all this firewood in a wagon and hauling it to the stack. I hope to be able to pick up the wood, turn around and put it in the round stack. When it gets to far away from the stack, I plan on using the Wheelhorse and push it closer. If anyone is interested, I may post a video of building the round firewood stack.
MWR 321 #2 Posted May 24, 2016 Looks like I may have to "borrow" Cleat's blade linkage. Remove the chain and put in a solid bar, because I need some down pressure on the blade when I'm pushing firewood. I'm wondering how the linkage would work if it was made like this, connecting to a pin at the rock shaft and having a slot to hook to the blade. I was thinking that I could hold down on the lift lever and put down pressure on the blade, and then when I didn't need down pressure, just raise it enough so the blade could work up and down in the slot.
TDF5G 2,073 #3 Posted May 24, 2016 (edited) My blade has a part like that on it. Came that way. It works for down pressure. It's item 17 on this diagram file:///C:/Users/Will%20Call/Downloads/Blade%20Dozer%2042in%201970-73%206-9622%20Blade%20newest.pdf Edited May 24, 2016 by TDF5G
MWR 321 #4 Posted May 24, 2016 (edited) Well shoot. I thought I'd made a breakthrough in Wheelhorse technology. Back to the ole drawing board. I can't view your blade part, so I'll just have to take your word for it. Edited May 24, 2016 by MWR

It's a PDF file from the manual section of the forum. The drawing you have made is similar to the link part on mine. It is not slotted though. 2 holes attached with pins.
