squonk 43,013 #1 Posted April 24, 2016 Anyone know a good source for the throttle shaft bushings and throttle plate screws on Kohler engines? I have been trying a lot of places on line and they all say out of stock and have been that way for quite a while. I'm looking to buy like 5 sets of screws and bushings. I really don't want to go thru Miller's. Big hassle and the last time I got them from him it took forever for a response and like 5 e mails after they were ordered to get them. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Wishin4a416 2,191 #2 Posted April 24, 2016 (edited) I got my bushings at Ace Hardware and my screws at Mac-Carr. I got one size bigger and tapped out the shaft. If you can wait till the big show , I can give you some screws Mike. I got a box of a 100. Bushings are Hillman # 58087-A for the big blocks. #26,28,30 carbs. squonk 43,013 #5 Posted April 24, 2016 I found 3-48 screws and lock washers at Mc Master. Looks like a trip to ACE is in order. Only problem is I have to make about a 40 mi round trip to get to one.
