Marv 983 #1 Posted April 15, 2016 I have a carb with a seized throttle shaft. So far I have not had any luck freeing it. I have alternately applied heat and penetrating fluid. Still doing the same. Ideas on what I might try to get it freed? Marvin

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,510 #4 Posted April 16, 2016 If you have some Seafoam try that. I read somewhere where the product they sell as a penetrate named Deep Creep is the same product. I had cut the rusted top out of a 45 gallon drum and it was sitting on a bench. I dropped a single drip on that rusted top by accident and saw it land. A week later that single drop was an oil spot about a foot in diameter. In two more weeks it had covered the entire rusted top. I was impressed. Garry
