gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,512 #2 Posted April 14, 2016 Look down this thread. The one I made required an offset to line up properly. I used 3/8" bolts I think it was and cut the threaded portion off. Drilled 3/8" holes in the bar and welded the bolt heads to the back side and alternated them which eliminated the need for an offset. With the bolt heads welded everything stays square in the holes and eliminated the normal wear on the pins and holes in the bellcrank. When I drilled the holes for the hairpins it was done at 90 degrees to the link and added a good chamfer to the holes. Now I can stick the hairpins in with my eyes closed because I know where the holes are. Garry 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
