Mike'sHorseBarn 3,248 #1 Posted April 13, 2016 I need guidance. I have rebuilt the steering column on my 953 and now I need the rubber grommet that around the column at the dash. Unfotunately you will need to do a bit of hunting since they aren't listed by size, but they are good Quality. McMaster-Carr probably has some too. What I did was to measure the diameter of the steering column, ( inner diameter of grommet), and the diameter of the hole in the dash. (Outer diameter of grommet. I don't remember what they are.)
