According to your model number and the list, you have a 1979 C-161 Automatic.  That is the correct engine.  Nice looking horse.  Welcome to Red Square.  :)

when those 16 kohlers are running good they are real strong,i doubt you could slow that 42 deck down much even in thick grass,and ththose yesrs have the cradle mount for the engine,its smooth if the mounts are in good shape,they are pretty nice driving tractors in that era,a little of the old and a little of the newer stuff on them

Haha that's my 15,000 watt Onan generator.  My house is all electric, no gas.  Its a little overkill, but go big or go home. :-)

Nice horse & good find.. ...lots of guys here think the C series are the best workers and I tend to agree... gotta love those big thumpers!

Well it didn't take too long to get her running.  Got a battery in it, replaced all the fuel lines, cleaned out the fuel pump, replaced the condenser and it lives.  Here's the first couple vids:
