One RJ and half of a suburban . Does it look like a suburban hood laying on the RJ hood ? The frame looks to have a cast iron front axel . Those front rims look nice . Keepers for sure . Does it look like maybe an trans sticking out behind the frame ?

:WRS:  You have a 1958 or 1959 RJ and a wonderful cultivator. Your grandmother had great taste in tractors. As ACman said the other is probably a '60 or '61 Suburban.   Very nice start of a great herd of :wh:

Nice score! Yep I agree with others that is a 58 or 59. Mower deck does not fit either of the tractors, it is from a newer round hood.

I have to admit I thought they were all the same.  Here is a picture of the front end that got cut off above.  I had to do a bit of climbing to get to this stuff.

Looks like a nice find.  Your deck appears to be a 62ish model...  Compare for yourself in the gallery here....

And the cutlivator looks to be an oldie with the twisted bar... meaning it would be an early AC-6.

What an amazing find! And cu-do's to whoever stored these treasures not letting them go to the scrap yard/trash.

I am hoping to get back next week to pick everything up.  It is a three hour drive.  I also haven't mentioned to my wife that I acquired a lot more "junk" (her words not mine). :)

The mower looks exactly like that 62 picture.  My dad said it came with the parts machine sitting on the RJ above.  I am pretty sure he didn't realize that they weren't the same model.  They do kind of look alike.  My dad has had them sitting around for 20+ years since grandma died.  He plowed his driveway for a while then he got into bigger Bobcat toys.

The RJ was my grandmothers that she bought the first or second year, according to my dad, along with all the attachments.  I have a blade, spring tooth, disc harrow, 1 bottom plow and a four wheel trailer.  When I get back there in a week, i will see if there are any other treasures waiting to be unearthed.

I want to restore the RJ but will need a motor for it.  My dad hated that old kohler on it.  I took it to engines shop class in high school in 1988 and we could never get it running there either.  My dad junked it years ago unfortunately.

Fortunately there are K-90s and K-91s for sale on this site in the classified section and of course on :techie-ebay:. It sounds like you have a treasure trove of hard to find attachments too.   :text-bravo:

This manual should be useful to you.
