Between a k181 and a k181s? I need to order a gasket set for my 856 and I was wondering if they have the same gaskets because nothing comes up for k181s.. Any help is appreciated!!

Should be no difference but the SPEC# is what determines the differences between the same model of engines

"D"- Man

I just was viewing a Kohler Engine Specs identification chart and if I remember correct, the "S" designation after the K181 means it has Electric start, Mark.
