JerryV 16 #1 Posted March 14, 2016 So I finally got my D-200 put together. I decided to knock together some mufflers instead of trying to hunt down another nos muffler to match the one I have. I used the inner parts of the old mufflers some sheet metal and some 3inch exhaust pipe.

JerryV 16 #8 Posted March 15, 2016 After several hours of running they are holding up. If I ever need to make another set I think I'm going to source all the material from my local metal dealer and have all the pieces cut on a plasma or water jet table especially the end caps.
