cleat 7,263 #1 Posted February 1, 2016 I am unsure where to put this specially made maroon decal for my 2 stage blower (thanks Terry). I know where the original on was but maybe there is a better place for it. Where should I put it ?? Here are some examples where I have the decal held up with masking tape. Thanks for your input, Cleat

608KEB 796 #3 Posted February 1, 2016 I like it on the upper right side of the blower
cheesegrader 433 #4 Posted February 2, 2016 I like #2 on the left side of the housing. You can see it while you are throwing snow, which I think is nice. Do I see all new stainless hardware with nylox nuts?...Nice!
cleat 7,263 #5 Posted February 2, 2016 I like it on the left as well. Yes, the blower was completely overhauled last summer with all stainless hardware. I like nyloc nuts as nothing comes loose. The tractors are mainly stainless hardware as well. Cleat
WHX?? 51,867 #6 Posted February 2, 2016 I'm thinkin the decal anywhere on the blower in my barn would look best. ....never get tired of seeing your herd Cleat...
cleat 7,263 #7 Posted February 2, 2016 (edited) Well, I decided on the top left. Decal is installed along with the model and serial number tags on all 520's and the blower. Terry sure does make great decals. My 10 year old daughter Bailey has been playing with my Dad's old Lionel train set tucked in with the Wheel Horses (sorry about the green tractor). cheesegrader 433 #8 Posted February 2, 2016 I wish I could give three "likes", one for each of those 520's! Mine all work just fine, but it will be a long time before they get rebuilt like those.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,512 #9 Posted February 3, 2016 Are all the auger housings in 3 pieces on the 44" model? Never noticed that before. Garry
cleat 7,263 #10 Posted February 3, 2016 All I have ever seen. It's like they made a narrow model then added extensions. Cleat
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,512 #11 Posted February 3, 2016 It was introduced in 1990 so maybe Toro used a walking snowthrower housing and added to it. They had lots to pick from. Garry
