Suburban belt guard?

Recommended Posts

clueless

Hope all you guys up there made it ok the past two days. Woke up this morning at 05:00 it was 28* in northwest Fl. only white stuff was a TBSP of sugar I put in my biscuit batter. A few days ago started refitting a 400 burb I had disassembled a few years ago. Trying to see what I had and what I needed as far as hardware.  I have the drive belt guard and the rear bolt and spacer. Not sure what I need for the front bolt and spacer that connects to the front on the engine. Manuel says Hex Head Cap, External Washer, and Spacer Belt Gd. Want to know what size bolt and type of spacer and lock washer you guys use. Pictures would be nice.

Thanks,

Chris in Florida

Don't know how accurate this is

1092 hex head cap screw 5/16-18 x 1-3/4"

1196 external tooth shake-proof washer 5/16"

3575 spacer 1/4" x 1-7/16" - If this is Schedule 40 pipe it has an OD of .540" and an ID of .364"

Also noticed 2 of each are used. Possibly the front and rear hardware are the same?
