WheelHorse79 271 #1 Posted January 21, 2016 I'm getting ready to "re-restore" the RJ58 I bought for my wife a couple of years ago. The first thing on the list is that the awful, push-mower Briggs engine is being replaced by a K91. While getting the K91 engine running, I was wondering how the choke is activated on a RJ58-59 Wheel Horse? I know there is no separate choke cable (only throttle), but is the choke set by hand using the flange on the choke shaft? I would appreciate pictures of a proper choke set up. Also, does anyone have a set of RJ58 drive pulleys for the output shaft of the K91? I don't think the pulley mounted on the Briggs will fit the K91. Thanks in advance for your help.
