The 1747 2-terminal 2-position ignition switch was used 1961-1965 with battery ignitions.

I don't think the 2-prong key was used on the later models.

I think many of the Massey's used a Tecumseh engine which used magneto ignition so a different switch if that is the case.

My 753 is a 1963 it's a 2 post that incorrect . That link is a full size Massey tractor no Tecumseh

Your switch is just an On-Off to power the ignition coil. If the Massey has battery ignition it should work. Make sure the switch body threads are the same size.

I just bought all new ignition parts to build my 852.

I purchased a Cole-Hersee 2 post on/off switch on-line for about $18.

Part number 95597.  50amp fits and looks like original.  Even has the Hencol key.

Don't know.  I did a google search and found an on-line vendor that sold the parts.

I bought the keyed switch and push button starter from here....

You may also want to search Ebay for the part numbers

Cole Hersee 95597 and 9183.

I saw a few of the keyed switches on Ebay for a better price, but I needed both and with shipping, I was better off getting them both from the same seller.
