boovuc 1,090 #27 Posted November 28, 2015 That is a 1979 C-111 tractor. (Not a B80). It would have come with a Briggs 11 HP horizontal shaft engine. So if that is an 11 horse Briggs, regardless of what it may have come off of, that is still the correct engine. It just may not be the original engine. Welcome to Redsquare by the way! There is an Adobe Acrobat file in the manuals section that gives the serial numbers/model numbers and years of the tractors. Garry (above in his post), gave you the links to the manuals also. Just click on his link in his post. If you can't open an Acrobat file, (ending in .pdf), just download Adobe Acrobat off the web. It's free and used almost everywhere now-a-days. Considering your in or just outside Gettysburg, I will almost bet you'll be attending the "Big Show" in Arendtsville this summer. I believe its the 24 and 25 of June this year.
