Can i fit 23x10.50-12 tires on stock wheel horse rims?

Depends!  If you are referring to rims that held 23x8.50-12s then I think you won't like how the wider tires will look.  The narrow rims will not let the larger tread spread out but rather bulge in the middle.  Others might be able to share photos...

Instead of getting a size too large, you could check the various specs on tires from different manufacturers. I have found that Kenda Turfs are slightly larger than Titan (now a Carlisle tread) turfs.

I've got 23x10.50x12 deestone ags on my stock 7 in. rims and they fit great, but deestone ags are very small for their listed size.  Most true 10.50 tires need a 8.5 in rim. It all varies by tire brand and style.

I have 23x10.5x12 Carlisle Turf Masters on 7" rims. The tread rounds up a little. They have been on there 20 or more years.
