chorusguy 227 #1 Posted November 17, 2015 C160 auto. Please help me I'd this tractor. Secondly I need a drive belt. I did a search and found a posting listing a 5/8 x 82 belt so I got one but it is clearly too tight. Could barely get it over the pullies much less under the parking brake pulley. It's stranded in the yard right now. Thanks
Wishin4a416 2,191 #2 Posted November 17, 2015 I think the 82 inch is for the gear drive. The experts will be here to say which one for the Auto. I dont know.

chorusguy 227 #4 Posted November 17, 2015 Great thanks. I cross referenced the belt number and it says 84" but the info you posted says 84.22". Will I be able to use an 84" belt? Or should I go with 85"?
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,484 #5 Posted November 17, 2015 84" should work OK but make sure you get one designed to bend backwards over a flat idler pulley. The Gates green belts available from Napa are designed for the job and there are others.Garry
chorusguy 227 #6 Posted November 18, 2015 OK. For posterity. 84" works fine. Found one at tractor supply
