I found that the gt14 is a 1969 and thanks again.now is this not the original motor.cause on wiring dia.it doesn't show point ignition and this has one installed, along with rectifier disconnected.its model is.k321 s.and serial# d259473. the spec # is 6010b thanks.on a side note the 2 wires coming out of motor that go to rectifier seem messed up. I also as part of deal am getting another kohler 14hp but has ohv, would that be better to put in tractor.

Kohler made the D serial numbers in 1968. Quite possible it would land on a 1969 model tractor because 1969 production started in 1968.

There is a mistake in the info supplied by Toro but forget how I figured that out.

If you go to Kohler they show they made the 6010 spec number for Wheel Horse

The 6010b originally had breakerless magneto ignition, a 10 amp charging system and Bendix starter..

Look up under the dash housing for a tractor ID plate with model and serial number on it.

ya I posted that b4 and comes up a 1969,this motor does have a bendex coil, the previous owner had it somewhat wired to make shure it had spark, but if I remember I think he said it was diff.motor.the 2nd pic is the wires from motor that suppose to go to rectifier.but look burnt

I see it has battery ignition now so the points and that coil along with an appropriate ignition switch has been added. The breakerless ignition likely failed and those parts are expensive.
