Help with proper plow set up for Charger V8

SORRY WRONG SECTION...I am trying to install a plow on my 69 charger v8. I found a long frame plow and I am pretty confident that it is correct. Does anyone know the style of mount that is used? A pic and dimensions would be great. Also is there a vendor here that has the mounts custom made? I see him on eBay and he lives 15 minutes from me but I can't find a contact # for him. (I closed my eBay account after I got fleabayed ) so messaging him through eBay is not possible. And while I am at it one more thank you to all the guys and gals that have offered help and advise over the last month or so. Great group of people here.

Talk about quick service! Wow you just saved me at least $150 ,hours of driving, busted knuckles and a wicked heartache when it all didn't work out. The plow I need looks rare and costly. Thank you for helping
