Ed Kennell 37,865 #5 Posted November 2, 2015 Nice 520. You need an extension on the chute rotator to keep your hand inside that nice warm cab. Then maybe a foot pedal for motion control.

DougC 2,641 #20 Posted November 3, 2015 And did you paint the roof. Looks good! I was surprised to find the roof was black when I unpacked the box. I was expecting it to be white.......The black roof will probably be warmer anyway... I'm used to it now so it will stay black.....
WNYPCRepair 1,893 #21 Posted November 3, 2015 Is that a new one from Original Cab Company?
DougC 2,641 #22 Posted November 3, 2015 Nice setup. Where did you get the cab? New Haven Power Equiptment in Vermont had a sale on the classic cab that fits 300.400 and 500 W-H tractors. You fill out a form on the computor and then call them on the phone to complete the purchase. I got a P M from one of our Red Square members here about the sale. Original Cab Company also offers them for sale at a retail price Is that a new one from Original Cab Company? Yes. Made by Original Cab Company.
WHX?? 48,586 #23 Posted November 3, 2015 How's the quality otherwise Doug?
DougC 2,641 #24 Posted November 3, 2015 (edited) How's the quality otherwise Doug? The cab in box shipping weight was 69 pounds. The brackets are stout, well made and fit as designed. The top is well formed and everything lines up so all the holes match and makes installation simple but time consuming. Cab material and windows were packed well and had no scratches or damage. i would recommend this cab to anyone who is considering buying a cab. This one fits great. MalMac 1,331 #25 Posted November 3, 2015 The cabs come with a black roof now. The same roof and safety glass window are used on a lot of different brands. As a owner of the old style cab with Fiberglas top that is White and also a newer style with the black vinyl roof I can say the black is a whole lot warmer especially when the sun is shining. The newer style cabs are whole lot nicer because they have way more room. I would also recommend the glass windshield.
