I do my Red Square surfing at work usually.  Don't have a lot of time around the house for it, it seems.  I was going through some of my WH pics this week and sharing some.  I know y'all like pics.  I do too.  So here's some more.  These are from last fall, I took it to the car wash and got the worst of it cleaned up.IMG_2536.JPG.f040999d8dd27d96fe3be4b2c5c

When I got her home from the car wash I noticed the right rear axle sticking out so I got that taken care of.

Then I removed the fuel pump, disassembled it and cleaned it.  Put it back and still didn't work.  Found a used one and got it running again.

The muffler is shot.  I may try and rebuild it.  Has anyone ever done that?  I put a new "pepper shaker" muffler on that I found at Orscheln Farm & Home for like $8-$9.  It was shooting flames and burned the silver paint off in about a minute.  So I started fooling with the points adjusment and couldn't get it running just right.  See the video I posted below.  It will shoot flames no matter where I set the points. The points aren't in the best shape and I feel like the compression is low.  Might need a head gasket.  Just need more time work on it.  It's stored away in the shed for the winter while I'm working on the C-121 overhaul.

I would definitely rebuild that muffler. Because of price and availability. I`m not much of a welder, but I think torch welding or brazing would work. Just time involved in making a new center tube...
