I was at an auction 2 yrs. ago and that same model was there. All it had was a deck and it didn't run. The tractor was whipped. I ran the eventual buyer up to $750

Considering the time of year we are heading into. It will probably go for a bunch. Don't think there will be a deal to be had there.

Don`t know why it would need a wiper, looks like its never been out of the shed. With cast weights, rubber chains, and like new cab with glass windshield, accessories are worth more than the like new tractor. Gonna  be out of my price range, but I am curious where this sale is. And good luck Ed.

I have room Dick,  but doubt if it will fit in with the price range of my tractors.

I'm guessing it was almost $6000.00 new including tax. Somebody better have two deep pockets to bid on that one.

Any idea what year ?    It is a hydro with the F/R motion stick on the center console, not on the steering column.

I think "Classic"  was a 1991 model, not positive.

Someone will bid it up. 1800-2000. I just ordered a cab, windshield, wiper and mirror for one of my customers, even at my dealer cost it was over a 1000.00

Yep its nice.....but I'm not convinced its original. I wonder if its been redone at some time, paint decals etc.. those are not the style tires that year WH came with :eusa-think: .
Not sayin it isn't real nice of course.

I didn't see any sign of a redo Mike  All the paint and decals sure look original on the tractor, and on  the deck and plow.
Maybe the owner changed out the tires due to some cracking....He surely didn't wear them out.

I was looking at it and this guy comes over, sits on it and stayed there for 2 hrs. He wouldn't let anyone look it over or sit on it either. He got what he deserved! :)

Hi Ed,
I've seen the 312-8 Classic as a 1993 model also, so could be a few years.

I was considering crossing the river to go to that auction, but I don't have the space for another WH.  The rain today might keep the price reasonable, but still too rich for me right now.   I've been looking for a good hydro trans WH, and that's a nice one.   Let us know what it goes for.  Good luck.
