mtpocketsc161 0 #1 Posted November 25, 2008 Hello All I am at a loss trying to find 3 spindles and 1 spindle housing for a 48" side discharge deck, model 95-48MS01. I have this deck on my 79 C-161 and I will not part with it. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You In Advance! Buzz 502 #3 Posted November 25, 2008 Go to Toro's MPV: https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro Enter model 95-48MS01. That will give you a parts breakdown of your deck. The spindle assy is NLA but write down the individual parts you need. You can go to Parts Tree: http://www.partstree.com/parts/?lc=toro_consumer&mh=8 And see what's available. It shows most of them are. A little pricey but available.
Teddy da Bear 11 #4 Posted November 25, 2008 :hide: Bob! Many times you can find old decks at dealers or auctions. The deck might be rotted, but the spindles might be in good condition. Good luck!

daemon2525 5 #7 Posted November 25, 2008 There are a couple on E-bay, but you have to spell spindle wrong. SPINDEL http://cgi.ebay.com/WHEEL-HORSE-48-DECK-SP...A1%7C240%3A1318
mtpocketsc161 0 #8 Posted November 28, 2008 I saw those. I asked him for a part no. and/or a length and diameter and he has no idea. I'm a little confused with that one. They look real close. The only thing that bothers me is that the hex part looks smaller than what I have. Pictures can be misleading though. Maybe new ones for 50 bucks are the way to go. That way I'm sure. Thanks for the help. Bob
