Wheelhorse tiller questions

Recommended Posts

I've recently bought a wheelhorse Rotavator model unknown, serial no. Unreadable, think it's an 90s model from the decal maybe 80s and am planning to run it on my c120 8 speed, its all fitted up, minus the belt which was missing, the idler pulley is the straight type, which I believe makes a difference to which belt I need to order, I can provide pics tomorrow but the daylights failing me now, anyone know the belt specs offhand ie. Section type\length so I can order a replacement, also any tips on using one, I till about an acre of garden, so this thing should be a huge step up from a Howard bantam (36" vs 12" ish width plus riding vs walking\wrestling!) But I don't want to muck it or the tractor up first day attempting too much, or useing the wrong technique\making work hard for myself, I'm on quite sandy\clay soil ( boys land!) So I think it should cope fairly well, also has anyone in the UK found a source for replacement tines? Sandy soil tends to be hard on wearing parts!  The ones on it aren't too bad get but a couple years down the line I don't want to be pulling my hair out!

Cheers

Henry
