xrayman49 0 #1 Posted August 30, 2015 I have a 87 310-8 (21-10K804), I want to add a snow blade and found one and the guy says is for a short frame, Is the 310-8 a short frame? Seral Number38327, I do not see a model Number.I also read somewhere that a Rite-a=Hite adjustment could be added to allow how far the blade goes down. My B-80 had one. I read some 310-8 had them but could be added to others?I use to push snow pretty well with my B80, so I hope the 310 will also do well.
slammer302 2,154 #2 Posted August 30, 2015 I don't think a 310-8 is considered a short frame. A short frame would be older models like 856,656,857,657 the height adjuster can be added pretty easily
Racinbob 10,391 #3 Posted August 30, 2015 Your 310 is a long frame. It would be best if you could get the number off the blade or a picture of it. Some frames work on long and short. The parts for the lift are readily available. I wouldn't be surprised if Toro still had them but you probably would do better by posting a wanted ad here.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 10,530 #4 Posted August 30, 2015 38327 sounds like a serial number for a 1964 blade model BD-4264 for the short frame tractors.Garry
