actual heigth / width tru power 6-12?

has anyone got the actual measurements of a Carlisle tru power 6-12 mounted on a 5-3/8" wheel?
I have 23x8.50-12 ags right now, but startet to mount a set of rear fenders, and the tires are touching.
I see that Carlisle has them listed at 22.7" tall and 5.7 wide.
while Carlisle seems to be the most accurate with their numbers, every manufacturer seems to be a bit optimistic.
