BOB ELLISON 2,981 #2 Posted August 11, 2015 (edited) i am also new to the Wheel Horse never owned one before last week.but always wanted a good heavy duty tractor for summer and winter work.i purchased a 1995 520h and it is very nice condition. He really took good care of it .it is a breast. I think it will pull a house down.l have to now find the plow for it.i have been doing a lot of research on this tractor and found out it takes a 59350 plow and i need a extension kit .it is a attach-a'matic tractor can anyone tell me about this plow that the owner gave me ??? I have looked for it all over the internet and cant find it displayed anywhere. It is a faded Orange which Leeds me to believe it is a simplicity or allis chalmer .i believe it is 1690089 46"wide a little converted i would like to convert it for my horse it is very heavy built.or would it be better to trade or sell to someone who needs it.it has to be a hard to find plow. CasualObserver 3,411 #3 Posted August 12, 2015 Bob. I've split your post into it's own, as your questions sort of got buried in someone else's thread. This forum is not a continuous single post like some are. You're free to start your own topic to discuss things. Thanks!

cdsl810 181 #5 Posted August 12, 2015 Looks kind of like an old Case blade to me, but I really have no evidence for my impression. I had an orange thing once, a Simplicity, but fixing it turned out to be anything but simple.Red tractors work better
cheesegrader 433 #6 Posted August 14, 2015 It looks like it will fit in the front attach-o-matic.I don't understand how it will lift, but I don't have a picture of the whole back end.I am concerned that all the weight, and the force of hitting anyhting with the blade will transmit only to the front mount. It might break. The Wheel Horse blade mounts to the rear axle, which seems sturdier.I wouldn't give up on it until you find a replacement. The blade is not too hard to find ($200-250), but the extension bracket and associated hardware is rare and expensive($100-150).Make sure you get the correct actuator arm with your extension bracket. The standard arm won't work on an extended blade.
